Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first day of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment through our dashboard a couple days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time.

Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.

Login to your tenant portal and go to the "Maintenance" section. From there, you will be able to submit photos, describe the issue, and schedule your availability for the repair.
